Double blind review<\/h2>\n
\n

The preliminary evaluation of articles submitted to the Warsaw University Law Review is performed by the Editorial Board. Papers that do not meet basic linguistic and substantive requirements are rejected.<\/p>\n

Papers that successfully passed the first stage of publcation process are sent to reviewers.<\/p>\n

Every paper is reviewed by two reviewers external to the academic entity of the Author.<\/p>\n

Review process is double-blind, which means that the Authors and Reviewers do not know each other\u2019s identity.<\/p>\n

Written reviews contain a clear verdict regarding the conditions of admission of the paper.<\/p>\n

The condition of accepting the paper for publication is obtaining two positive reviews.<\/p>\n

Obtaining at least one negative review results in rejection of the article.<\/p>\n

Anonymized reviews are submitted to the Authors in pdf format, regardless of their settlement.<\/p>\n

The results of the review process are final and there is no way to undermine them.<\/p>\n

The criteria for qualifying or rejectiong a paper are public on the journal\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
